Walker Sime was appointed to provide Cost Management and Employer’s Agent services, supporting the successful delivery of this high-profile development from a commercial and contractual perspective. Working collaboratively with the wider project team, we provided robust cost control, procurement advice and contract administration to help ensure value for money while maintaining the project’s ambitious quality, sustainability and programme objectives.
Targeting BREEAM Excellent certification and designed around principles of health, wellbeing and operational net zero carbon, HEMISPHERE One will play a key role in strengthening Liverpool’s Knowledge Quarter and attracting leading organisations within the life sciences sector.
