Walker Sime have assisted Balfour Beatty Work Places and North East Lincolnshire Council by providing Cost Management support to the 8 lane completion pool and fitness centre in Grimsby.
The aim of the project was to provide a new competition standard swimming pool and a leisure centre to replace and upgrade existing services in the area.
There is a learner pool a fitness suite and dance studio.
We completed the project on time and the centre was successfully open and in use in 2015.
