Walker Sime continues its role as Project Managers for Stockport 8.
The regeneration scheme, a fully walkable neighbourhood designed to encompass a diverse range of homes, spaces, and businesses, is set to thrive in green outdoor environments while celebrating the rich history of Stockport. The community will play an integral role in shaping a place that is set to establish a new standard for town centre living.
The Stockport 8 regeneration is a key component of Stockport Council’s Town Centre masterplan, aimed at developing a large area of Brownfield land and creating great places to live. The project is being undertaken as part of a joint venture between ECF and Stockport Borough Council.

Working alongside the Stockport 8 LLP, Walker Sime will be offering comprehensive Project Management services, providing expert guidance throughout the life of the project. The team will ensure that every aspect from planning and design to construction and delivery is executed with precision and efficiency.
