The Opportunity

Due to continued growth across our Infrastructure division, we are looking to appoint an experienced Lead / Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of major infrastructure and energy projects across the Midlands region.

You will play a key role in leading commercial and cost management activities across complex infrastructure schemes, working closely with clients, Tier 1 contractors and project teams across high-profile capital programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and cost management activities across infrastructure projects
• Administer NEC3 / NEC4 contracts, including change control and compensation events
• Prepare cost plans, forecasts, valuations and reporting
• Monitor project performance, budgets and risk
• Support procurement and contract management activities
• Mentor and support junior team members

About You

• Proven Quantity Surveying experience within infrastructure, utilities, energy or civil engineering
• Strong NEC3 / NEC4 contract knowledge
• Experience working on major infrastructure or capital delivery programmes
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial awareness
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
• MRICS qualified or working towards chartership desirable
