The Opportunity
Due to continued growth across our Infrastructure division, we are looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of major infrastructure and energy projects in Tilbury, Essex.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within commercial management, working alongside experienced professionals on nationally significant infrastructure schemes.
You’ll support commercial and cost management activities across complex projects, working closely with clients, contractors and project teams within the Power & Energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting cost reporting and forecasting
- Assisting with Applications for Payment
- Supporting NEC contract administration
- Preparing commercial reports and project documentation
- Working collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders
- Supporting commercial risk and change management processes
About You
Ideally, you will have:
- Quantity Surveying or commercial experience within construction or infrastructure
- An understanding of NEC contracts
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good Excel and reporting capabilities
- A proactive and team-focused attitude
Project Details
- Location: Tilbury, Essex
- Working Pattern: 2–3 days per week on-site
- Sector: Power & Energy / Infrastructure
- NEC contract experience preferred
